I think it depends the person, but usually I look them in the eye.

If I am spoken to by someone, I talk to them.

I do not want someone to sit near me.
But, I cannot say...
i feel similarly about going to the beach and seeing a lot of people! if there aren't a lot of people, its sorta empty..
What kind of person would you not look them in the eye?
